Don's No Preference Towing

Don and Dave went above and beyond to help me find my phone after business hours! I was in a horrible wreck and they were willing to meet me after hours to help find my phone. A job the police couldn’t even do. So so grateful, they’re my angels💕

My son had his vehicle towed at 2:30 on Sunday morning. He called before 2:00 p.m. on Monday, yes less than 24 hours later, to get the cost of getting his car out of impound and was told it was $485 as it had been there for 3 days. Not sure how less than 12 hours equals 3 days. Then was told since the PD was involved in the towing payment had to be made in CASH. Nice way to pocket money and not claim it on the books. Questionable business. Guess I will report to the BBB now.

I recently required towing for two automobiles and a set of tire replacement services for one of those vehicles. From the initial call Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, direct and courteous. When his teammate PJ showed up with the tow truck I was treated the same way. During the process of the tire replacement the team noticed that my exhaust needed some maintenance as my muffler was hanging and needed some wielding. Informed me that they can and did some work to it that will get me through the winter so that I can address it accordingly at a later time. All services rendered and completed in less than 24 hours. When I was informed that my vehicle was ready to be picked up in a text message I called and informed Bryan that I will be riding my bicycle over to drive vehicle home; this was yesterday evening Friday December the 5th, frigid weather. Bryan informed me it was too cold for that and offered to pick me up from my home. He did this out of the kindness of his heart. The whole experience reminded me that there are still Good People providing Great Services out here in this world we live. From my personal experience I can attest that Don’s No Preferenc

Very good communication. When the driver was going to be delayed because so many calls were coming in due to the storm he called to update me on his ETA and kept me up to date when he was finally close by. Honest and great customer service! And he got it out of the ditch without further damage.
